How to request a PIV exemption at the VA?
Call the Enterprise Service Desk at (855) 673-4357. Ask for a permanent exemption and give two reasons:
-Access VA using iPAD
-Access VA from university were you cannot install PIV reader

PACS related problems might include: Diagnostic workstations malfunction, Web1000 access problems, Rad Report creation or signing problems, VPN problems.
- Call the number below, say you have a problem with "the NETWORK", they should page the on-call IT person.
- If this does not get you in contact with the on-call IT person, have the VA operator page the IT on-call person.
- The IT person will work with Hillcrest IT and AGFA if necessary.
